After your meal, do as the Italians do & enjoy a grappa, amaro or vini dolce.
Grappa is an unaged distillate of grape skins left over after wine making. It is powerful and not unlike rocket fuel!  Amaro is a bitter digestive.  They are great on the rocks or just straight with a little mineral water to chase it.   Our dessert wine selection features Vin Santo, traditional in Toscana, Picolit, a sweet white wine from Friuli similar in structure to Sauternes, and Recioto di Valpolicella, a sweet red served chilled.
