3 courses from our entire menu {there may be a few upcharges} for $37 including an after dinner moscato, grappa or limonsardo.  If you order by 7pm sharp, enjoy our Menu della Sera {3 courses from a selected menu} for $27.  Wine Madness {wines $50+ are 33% off} is offered Sunday and Monday.  We have free corkage and offer an $18 red, white and pink {our selection} every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  Please note that some of these offers may not be available on Holidays including the Sunday before a Federal Holiday Monday and during the official RAMW Restaurant Week.

Relief for Haiti 

Every Monday in February, we will be donating 10% of our revenue to two very good Haitian relief funds.  Ten percent of the restaurant's intake from service on February 1 and 8 will go to support Share Our Strength and the National Restaurant Association's Restaurants for Relief - Haiti efforts.  As with all of Share our strengths efforts, 100% of funds raised go directly to the charities involved {which include The World Food Program and Health Partners who have a history of being on the ground in Haiti before this tragedy struck}.  The same portion of sales from the evenings of February 15th and 22nd will be donated to the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund.   You can also go to these website and donate directly.  The SOS site is taking donation online thru February 12.  There is no time limit on the Clinton Bush site. Even if you cannot make it to Dino these nights, we do encourage you to visit these links and make a donation if you haven't done so already.  We hope to see you there!

An Introduction to Fizzy Pink & Reds

Italy is famous for a lot of wines but few people know of the wonderful tradition of fizz made from red grapes.  Most ahve heard of Lambrusco thanks to Cella and Riunite brands which are god awful plonk!  Real Lambrusco is robust, grapey and loads of fun.  It is also the perfect wine to serve with salumi and cheese.  In addition to Lambrusco, there are myriad sparklers made from other red grapes.  Tonight, we intend to win over converts to these incredible wines.  The cost of this class is $30 plus tax & gratuity.  We will be serving an assortment of salumi & cheese.

An Introduction to Valpolicella


Valpolicella is the red wine made around the city of Verona.  It is a wine whose history of quality is actually very recent.  In my opinion, it offers better value than almost any area in all of Italy.  Tonight we will see a range of wines that show off the various styles of Valpolicella from a fresh style to the expensive, and deservedly so, Amarone.  The cost of tonights class is $40 plus tax & gratuity.  Be sure to reserve by calling the restaurant only, as we are sure to sell out.

An Introduction to Montalcino



Make no mistake about it, Montalcino is my idea of the perfect wine.  Nowhere else does Sangiovese grow to such a level of quality, in my no so humble opinion.  These are not super ripe, hedonistic fruit bombs that Chianti Classico seems to be morphing into but lean, balanced and big wines that can age as well as be enjoyed in the first flush of their youth.  Tonight we will sample a range of Rosso di Montalcino and a Brunello.  Since these are wines that retail from $30 to $100 a bottle, the cost of tonight's class will be $40 plus tax & gratuity.  Be sure to reserve, by calling the restaurant only, as we are sure to sell out.
